Julie H. Case is a freelance writer and an award-winning editor with extensive experience editing travel, business, law, technology and alumni magazines. Her storytelling is evocative and visceral, engages the reader's curiosity and stimulates the senses. Her favorite subjects include complex and geeky subjects -- such as science and technology -- at the intersection of business; travel and adventure; and food and wine. Recent articles include a primer on wine tasting for Alaska Airlines Magazine, a story on artisan ice cream makers for Horizon Air Magazine, a story about the death penalty and Green River killer case, and more.

When not on assignment she can be found working on a collection of short stories entitled "Stay," snowboarding and teaching snowboarding, sailing, traveling, and more.
